How PDIA Turned Funding Barriers into Clean Water in Cameroon

What does it take to bring clean water to thousands of people in a resource-constrained community? Using PDIA, Ruth and her team leveraged tools such as the fishbone diagram, they identified the root causes, focusing on insufficient funding as the initial entry point. Through small iterations and learning, her team got $15,000 in funding to build reservoirs and install taps. This allowed them to supply over 6,000 people with clean water.
